Have you heard that voice in your head that doubts, questions, and critiques you? We all have an Inner Critic who is annoying and often painful, but it also serves some useful purpose. And while it may feel like this is our ONLY voice, it's really just the loudest. There are other voices like our Inner Mentor, which supports and guides us. In this workshop, we'll get better acquainted with both the Inner Critic and Inner Mentor and learn how to hear and understand each voice as we take action and make decisions that help us achieve our goals.
